About Home Care

Clarian's Home Care Services exist to help patients who want to receive medical care at home rather than at the hospital. The reasons may vary, but the results are often the same -- lower medical bills and outcomes that return a patient to work and family as quickly as possible.

Hospital-based home care, which is provided as a service to Clarian's hospitals and affiliates, is available for patients of all ages -- newborn to elderly. Our health care professionals work directly with physicians to develop treatment plans based on individual needs.

The benefits of hospital-based home care are plentiful:

Reduce length of hospital stays, reduce hospital admissions, and enhances patient outcomes
Patient can be with family and enjoy the comforts of own home
Medical bills can be significantly reduced compared to lengthy inpatient hospitalization
Patient continues to receive care similar to that received in the hospital
Patient receives one-on-one care and attention in their home
Patient may be able to return to work or school while still receiving home care services
