Gentle stretching and low-impact exercise can help ease joint pain. Clarian Human Motion partnered with the Indiana State Department of Health to produce a booklet titled, "Movement is Medicine," that provides illustrated stretches for every joint in the body. It also gives information on the other types of exercises everyone should do on a regular basis, including strength and endurance training. Clarian Human Motion is providing this booklet for free to anyone who requests it. Visit www.acalltochange.org to request this booklet.
